These general conditions constitute a distance selling contract, defining the rights and obligations of the company TAFF BV, carrying out its activity under the Hello Straw brand, and of the customer in the context of the sale of the products referenced on the hellostraw-shop site. .

Any full or partial reproduction of this site is prohibited, unless the company TAFF BV gives its express and prior authorization. TAFF BV does not authorize the creation of hypertext links without express and prior agreement.
Article 1, General provisions
These conditions are concluded between the company TAFF BV, hereinafter referred to as hellostraw-shop, and persons wishing to make a purchase via the hellostraw-shop website.p.
Clients are professional clients or consumers. Certain stipulations of the present will be applicable exclusively to professional customers or vice versa to consumer customers. In this regard, professional customers undertake to indicate their professional status when placing their order, hellostraw-shop reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of a breach by the professional customer of this obligation.

The fact that hellostraw-shop does not take advantage at a given time of one of these conditions cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to take advantage of any of the said conditions at a later date. The cancellation of any clause of these terms and conditions will not affect the validity of the terms and conditions as a whole.
Article 2, Products
Hellostraw-shop takes the greatest care in posting information relating to the essential characteristics of the products online, in particular by means of technical descriptions from its partners and suppliers and photographs illustrating the products. Article 3, Right to purchase
The customer declares to have the capacity to conclude this contract, ie to have the legal majority and not to be under guardianship or curatorship.
The customer will place an order in accordance with the instructions given to him on the site. He undertakes to complete the order, taking care to provide the necessary complete and accurate information. In any event, the customer is responsible for the information entered when placing the order. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient (name, address, etc.), hellostraw-shop cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of the products. The cost of returning the products will be borne by TAFF BV. As a reminder, the steps to conclude the sale on the hellostraw-shop site are as follows:

- The next page allows the customer to choose "Express Payment" or fill in their personal details and the delivery address of their order. Validate with"Continue to shipping".

- With tab "Pay now" the customer definitively confirms his order after having expressly accepted these general conditions of sale by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
All transactions are secure and encrypted. The payment of the order by the customer will formally and definitively formalize the distance selling contract concluded with hellostraw-shop and will be confirmed by email to the customer.
Article 4, Price and Payment
The selling prices of the products mentioned on hellostraw-shop are indicated excluding VAT and excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs can be calculated by the customer as he selects products and exp.peedition.
Their amount is in any case indicated at the end of the online order, before its validation. The price invoiced to the customer is the price specified on the order confirmation including the price of the products excluding and including tax to which is added the price of transport.
Hellostraw-shop reserves the right to modify its selling prices at any time. However, no modification after the order is taken can be applied. The price applicable to the products ordered is that appearing on the site on the day of the order.
Orders are payable in euros, in full and in cash.
The payment methods offered are:
- Bank card (American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and VISA). The amount of the order will be debited when the parcel is dispatched or within a maximum period of 10 days.
- PayPal, the amount of the order will be debited on the day of the order.
- iDEAL or Bancontact: method of payment in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer. The order is only processed on the date of receipt of the transfer to the company's account.
Article 5, Availability of products
The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks and supply possibilities from hellostraw-shop suppliers. The availability of the products will be definitively validated during the confirmation of dispatch of the order which will be sent to the customer by e-mail.
In the event that one of the products ordered is not available during the preparation of the customer's order, hellostraw-shop undertakes to contact the customer by e-mail within 7 days from the date of his order in order to indicate to him in what time this product could, if necessary, be delivered.
In case of impossibility of supply of a product, it will be proposed to the customer to refer to another product of equivalent quality, characteristics and price or to cancel his order. In the event of cancellation of the order of the product concerned by the customer, the refund of the unavailable product will be made at the latest within 14 days following the receipt of the sums paid by the customer. Reimbursement is made exclusively by bank transfer.
Article 6, Delivery and Receipt of order
hellostraw-shop products are offered for sale for online purchases shipped within Europe and Great Britain. Hellostraw-shop thus reserves the right to refuse any order whose delivery address is not located in the territory above.
The delivery is made to the address mentioned by the customer in the delivery form. This is done at the entrance of a client's home if it is a house, or in the hall of the building if the client lives in an apartment. The carrier is not required to deliver the customer inside the customer's domicile. It is accompanied by the invoice for the products.

Delivery is deemed to have been made by hellostraw-shop upon delivery of the products ordered by the carrier to the customer. The transport will be carried out by an independent transport company. The customer agrees to sign the delivery note for the products. In case of absence of the customer during the delivery, this customer has a period of 15 working days to collect the package from the transport company used to send the order to the customer. If this period is exceeded, the package will be returned to the shipping company at the customer's expense. It is agreed that a reshipment of the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Deliveries are made according to the indicative deadlines listed on the hellostraw-shop site depending on the delivery method chosen from the sending of the email confirming the delivery of the said order. In the event of a foreseeable delay in delivery, hellostraw-shop will inform the customer as soon as possible by e-mail and provide him with an estimate of the additional delivery time. In any event, hellostraw-shop undertakes to deliver to the customer within a maximum period of 30 days from the order confirmation. If this deadline is exceeded by more than 7 days and except in cases of force majeure, the consumer customer will have the option of denouncing the electronic sales contract concluded with hellostraw-shop by mail. In this case, hellostraw-shop undertakes to reimburse the customer by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of the letter.
For customers, the deadlines are given as an indication according to hellostraw-shop's supply and transport possibilities, unless there is an express commitment on firm dates and times provided between hellostraw-shop and the customer in writing. Anyway, hellostraw-shop. will endeavor to respect the delivery times mentioned when registering the order of the professional customer. In the absence of such a commitment, delays cannot give rise to damages, withholding, cancellation of orders in progress. Hellostraw-shop is authorized to make deliveries in whole or in part. In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of the products ordered, in particular due to the failure of a supplier, hellostraw-shop will notify the customer as soon as possible and will specify in particular the date on which the order will be likely to be to be honoured.
It is up to the customer to check the condition of the packaging and the products and the number of products upon receipt.
In all cases, it is up to the customer in the event of a dispute, deterioration of the product during transport, damage, missing items or delays, to make clear and precise reservations on the delivery or receipt document from the carrier, and to notify the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, of his reasoned protest within three days, not including public holidays, following receipt of the products.
Without prejudice to the arrangements to be made vis-à-vis the carrier, complaints about apparent defects or non-compliance of the delivered product must be made to hellostraw-shop in writing within 3 days from the date of delivery or of product availability. It will be up to the customer to provide any justification as to the reality of the defects or anomalies observed, in particular by sending hellostraw-shop a photocopy of the reservation letter sent to the carrier and a photocopy of the delivery note mentioning the reservations. He must allow hellostraw-shop every facility to proceed with the observation of these defects. After this period, no amicable or legal complaint from the professional client can be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: If the customer accepts the package without verification or reservation, it will be considered undamaged and no recourse can be initiated thereafter.
In any event, hellostraw-shop cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to force majeure or fault on the part of the customer.
Article 7, Withdrawal period for customers
Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the products ordered.
The customer must return the products, to the same address, within the withdrawal period, in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, without any trace or mark, with all the accessories (including the instructions) and the gifts possibly offered. He must return the product with a duplicate of the invoice as well as the RIGHT OF RETURN duly done. The costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer. If all the conditions required for the return of the products are not respected, hellostraw-shop may deduct from the sums to be reimbursed, if necessary, a share of the sale price corresponding to the sale price of the missing products, as well as to the repair, replacement and/or restoration of any damaged products.
Reimbursement is made in the absence of agreement with the customer, using the same means of payment as that used by the latter when ordering.
Hellostraw-shop undertakes to reimburse the consumer customer within 14 days of receipt of the registered letter AR specifying the consumer customer's desire to withdraw.
However, hellostraw-shop reserves the right to defer reimbursement until the product is collected or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the product.
Article 8, Customer Obligations
The use of the product will be carried out under the responsibility of the customer.

Hellostraw-shop can in no way be responsible for defects and deterioration of the products delivered following abnormal or non-compliant conditions of storage, conservation and use after the delivery of these products.
Section 9, Liability
The customer must leave hellostraw-shop every facility to proceed with the observation of these defects or anomalies.
In the event of a defect found, the products concerned may be returned to hellostraw-shop. No return will be accepted for any reason whatsoever, without a prior written agreement from hellostraw-shop. Products deemed contradictorily defective or non-compliant by customers will be reimbursed by a replacement of their choice or a bank transfer from hellostraw-shop. Any return costs are borne by TAFF BV.
When the responsibility of hellostraw-shop is engaged as a result of a fault on its part, the amount of damages that hellostraw-shop may be required to pay under the aforementioned conditions is in any case limited to the amount of the ordered.
Hellostraw-shop is not responsible for any damage to life, body and health.
In any case, hellostraw-shop declines all responsibility for the fact in particular:
- Normal wear and tear of its products
- Damage or accidents resulting from negligence, lack of supervision or improper maintenance or use
- Damage resulting from modifications, incorporations or repairs of the product
- Damage resulting from a breach of the recommendations for use of the products mentioned in the product description
In the event of the occurrence of an event of force majeure, fortuitous event or external cause, in particular due to fires, floods, total or partial strikes, business closures, travel restrictions, voluntary damage, theft, changes in regulations , impossibilities to be supplied with raw materials, energy supply disruptions, attacks, malfunctions or interruptions of electrical or telecommunications networks, hellostraw-shop will be released ipso jure and without compensation from its obligation to deliver and from the date of date of occurrence of the events and undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible..

The transmission of data via the Internet may lead to the appearance of errors and/or the fact that the site is not always available. Therefore, hellostraw-shop cannot be held responsible for the availability and interruption of the online service.
Articles 10, After-Sales Service and Warranty
Excluding cases of legal guarantees or manufacturer's guarantees, the products marketed by hellostraw-shop can be guaranteed for a period of one year according to the indications given in the description of the product. The implementation of the guarantee is done in accordance with the return procedure specified in the section Service and Warranty. The hellostraw-shop parties and the Consumer Customer agree that these conditions and their consequences are subject to French law. The language hereof and of relations between the parties is French.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale between the hellostraw-shop parties and the consumer Customer will be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact hellostraw-shop to obtain an amicable solution. Otherwise, the French courts will be competent.
The hellostraw-shop parties and the professional customer agree that these conditions and their consequences will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court within the jurisdiction of the registered office of TAFF BV to which it is expressly and in advance attribution of jurisdiction, even in the event of warranty claim or multiple defendants. The language hereof and of the professional relations between the parties is French.
In the event of a dispute, the professional client will first contact TAFF BV to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of TAFF BV will be competent.
